Hellomellow Marketing Design
Hellomellow is a small-batch skincare company based in Los Angeles, California and centered on holistic health. I worked closely with the Creative Director to jump-start their social media platforms, design marketing materials, and edit video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Email Templates
Using Figma, I designed a series of marketing email templates for various customer outreach methods.
Social Media Strategy
After reviewing all social platforms, I identified the following changes as the highest priorities:
Apply consistent profile icons featuring the logo
Register as business profiles to link shopping items and collect insights.
Post daily stories and limit feed posts to 3-4x per week
Add story highlights with relevant categories: intro to the company, customer reviews, etc.
Apply consistent account bios across all platforms with a concise mission statement
Reformat Instagram reels to fit the optimal aspect ratio
Product photography and branded graphics
