SSCS Website Redesign

Examples of the old website:

The Project

The original Service Station Computer Systems website was very outdated in terms of representing the company’s brand and goals. Additionally, there were functional issues including slow load times, unresponsive pages, unintuitive page hierarchy, etc.

To begin the website redesign and restructuring, I noted any immediate structural updates that were necessary and went over these issues with developers on the team. I then collaborated with the Marketing Coordinator to establish branding guidelines that I could use to jumpstart new wireframes and graphics.

Designing and Prototyping

Using Figma, I prototyped multiple variations of the website and received feedback from our Sales, Marketing, and Development teams. Using that feedback, I refined my designs and narrowed the options down to a design that best encompassed our company goals.

Illustrations

I illustrated 50+ unique header graphics for various pages throughout the website. I aimed to communicate the context and purpose of each page with simple yet compelling images.

Product Communication

I improved our product communication on the website to make our software products appear more approachable and accessible. To achieve this, I redesigned our main product illustrations and infographics to be more concise, simple, and visually appealing.
